Do I need to pay any money upfront?
We require a 20% deposit on all jobs.
Will you help me pick my colors?
Prep Right is happy to help you select the right color. We will provide you with our insight as to what colors may or may not look good together. On larger jobs, We will also provide at no cost to you, an in home color consultation with a Sherwin Williams color consultant
What am I responsible for throughout the course of the work?
As much or as little as you would like. Many customers opt to move furniture and window treatments in order to save money, while others choose to have us do everything, including removing and replacing all items in the areas to be painted. We will discuss this with you at the time of our scheduled appointment.
What brand of paint do you recommend?
Our painters prefer to use professional grade paints such as Sherwin Williams Benjamin Moore PPG because they perform consistently. A great paint job requires a great product.
Who is responsible for getting the paint?
We prefer to get the paint for each project. When we buy the paint, it is easier for us to provide you with warranty work if there is a coating failure.
We will use paint provided by the customer upon request.
Do you provide other services?
Yes, we have trained staff members who can do carpentry, Drywall, Plumbing, Electrical, installing trim and crown moulding, wallpaper removal, wallpaper installation, wood repair and wood replacement, faux finishes, murals
What happens if I need a touch up?
We will leave all unused paint at the job site. You should store this paint in an indoor location. If you ever need touch ups, we will use this paint. You can call the office at any time to request touch up services
